Criteria The points will be averaged (rounded down) to give you your score
	Poor 0 pts	Limited 1 pts	Proficient 2 pts	Advanced 3 pts
Accuracy Answers must be mathematically correct and include units in order to be considered correct.	Poor The answer is mathematically incorrect or missing, and has no units or the wrong units.	Limited Either the answer is mathematically incorrect or the units are wrong or missing.	Proficient Both the final answer and the units are correct for a problem.	Advanced Units are appropriately placed throughout each step of a problem, culminating in a correct solution with units.
Criteria Since understanding the concepts is key to solving a problem, these scores will be averaged in twice!

Conceptual Knowledge Do you understand the major ideas behind the physical concept?	Poor Response shows a complete lack of understanding of the concepts. Shows no knowledge of what equation or problem-solving technique to use and why.	Limited Response shows an understanding of the concepts but still lacks a major conceptual idea. This is shown by using the incorrect equation or problem-solving technique, even though the mathematics may be correct	Proficient Response displays a proficient understanding of the conceptual ideas in the problem, but there are some minor and consistent errors in the intermediary steps to the solution	Advanced Response shows complete understanding of the problem, with a thorough use of equations and problem-solving techniques.
