Creativity Does this piece make you think/feel? Was it interesting to watch Did the piece clearly exude the Emotion that was given?	Unsatisfactory Shows little sense of creativity and choroegraphic ability. Emotion was not evident within piece.	Developing Demonstrates some sense of creativity, but emotion was not clear. Audience was not able to understand Emotion.	Proficient Choreography shows a good sense of creative style but could have thought outside the box a bit more to enhance Emotion.	Exemplary Dance piece is well constructed using creative means to purvey the Emotion. Choreographer thought outside the box.
Performance Skills Did the dancer excite you? Pull you in with their energy and focus? Did they give their very best?	Unsatisfactory The dancer is not very focused, concentrated or committed to performance.	Developing The dancer is generally focused, but only some attempt made to communicate w/ audience.	Proficient The dancer performs with good energy and effort and communicates the emotion well.	Exemplary The dancer creates a believable character on stage and are able to engage the audience.
