	Needs Improvement 1 pts	Needs Revisions 2 pts	Acceptable 3 pts
Labels and Titles	Needs Improvement Any two of the following: 1. One or both labels are missing 2. Title is missing 3. Key is missing	Needs Revisions Any one of the following: a label is missing the title is missing the key is missing	Acceptable Title is present on graph; all axes are labeled appropriately; key is evident.
Interval / Key	Needs Improvement Interval or key are not appropriate measures of the data	Needs Revisions Interval along vertical axis is not consistent or key is missing	Acceptable Interval used is labeled appropriatly and consistently. Key is present and accurate, as needed.
Data Display	Needs Improvement Data is not accurate or hard to interpret; it has more than 3 errors.	Needs Revisions Data has between 2 - 3 errors	Acceptable Data has one error
Presentation	Needs Improvement Graph has smudge marks, tears; information not related to the graph is present.	Needs Revisions Graph has less than four cross outs or white outs. Graph is smaller than a font size 12.	Acceptable Graph is neat and well organized. It is clean. It contains no more than three corrections.
