Rules/Procedues Shows respect for all rules and procedures. Stays in assigned seat.	Unsatisfactory Does not follow rules/procedures entering, during and exiting class; makes no effort to improve behaviors.	Needs Improvement Needs 4 reminders to follow rules/ procedures entering, during and exiting class; makes little effort to change behaviors.	Satisfactory Needs 3 reminders to follow rules/procedures entering, during and exiting class.	Well done Generally follows rules/procedures entering, during and exiting class. Needs 2 reminders.	Excellent Follows rules/ procedures entering, during and exiting class in a positive way. Tries to help others do the same. Quickly and quietly gathers the day's materials.
Supports Class Learning Behaves appropriately with others and contributes in a positive way.	Unsatisfactory Does not support class learning; uses very little self-control and is a constant distraction for others. Does not show kindness to others. Has to be reminded not to talk out of turn 5 or more times.	Needs Improvement Sometimes supports class learning; uses some self-control when reminded; does not make efforts to help classmates. Has to be reminded not to talk 4 or few times.	Satisfactory Showing consistent improvement in supporting class learning and self-control; offers help to others in a positive way. Cell Phone Use Cell phones are not allowed to be used without the permission of the instructor.	Unsatisfactory Has cellphone out without permission, argues when asked to put it away. Needs 4 reminders to put cellphone away. After 4 reminders, teacher will confiscate the phone for remainder of the period.	Needs Improvement Has cellphone out without permission. Pracitice Log and Assignments Journal entries and assignments are completed on time and with outstanding effort.	Unsatisfactory Practice log has limited or no entries; student has made little or no attempts to complete assignments.	Needs Improvement Practice log has few complete entries. Student has made some attempts to complete assignments.	Satisfactory Practice log and assignments are sometimes up to date with accurate and complete entries.	Well done Practice log has most entries up to date; student has made efforts to keep assignments up to date.	Excellent Practice log is up to date with complete, accurate entries and completed with outstanding effort.
