Informative Science Research Paper 
Submit one 1-2 page typed paper (5 paragraphs) on the provided topic, double spaced, 12 point font, following MLA format. Include a works cited page, citing at least 2 resources in-text used researching the paper. Paper will be graded on quality of research, effective use of information gained through research, credibility of sources, content, grammar and mechanics, bibliography, and punctuality. The paper will address what pickling is, the history of pickling, and how pickling is used today.
