History of the Game Enter criteria description	Poor Does not know any facts about the game itself. No Knowledge of history of the sport	Fair Student has some knowledge of the sport and the sports history.	Good Student has good to great knowledge of the sport and the sports history.
Rules of the Game Enter criteria description	Poor Student does not know what the rules of the game are after completing the football unit	Fair Student has some fair knowledge of the rules. Know the basics,most important rules of the game of football.	Good Student knows almost all the rules. Can help teach others that don't know all the rules.
Patterns	Poor Student don't know the passing patterns after completing the unit.	Fair Student has some idea of the passing patterns but is not sure on how to do them.	Good Student knows the different types of patterns and can successfuly complete them.
Passing	Poor Student struggles throughout the unit to correctly learn how to pass the ball.	Fair Student picks up the basic skills on how to pass but at times does not use the skills properly.	Good Student passes the ball correctly most of the time. The student uses the correct passing technique.
Position	Poor Student struggles with learning the different football positions after completing the unit.	Fair Student know some of the football positions but still struggles with naming a few of them.	Good Student knows the correct positions for defense and offense and can identify them with no hesistation.
