Themes from Les Misérables: le traitement des pauvres, les conditions de travail, la justice, la miséricorde dans la loi
Choose one of these themes from the film (or another that is approved in class.) Tie the theme to a current event or issue in our community, the U.S. or elsewhere in the world. Give an oral presentation about this event or issue, relating it to the perspectives you saw in the film, and describe how the film changed the way you think of this current event or issue.
