Good Is agreeable, polite, cooperative with students and faculty, but sometimes needs to be reminded.	Fair Is agreeable, polite, cooperative with students and faculty four out of five days. Has to be reminded to do daily tasks.	Poor Has a "know-it-all" attitude. Talks back to library staff. Has a negative attitude.	Unacceptable Refuses to perform assigned tasks. Sits and does nothing. Is surly on occasion.
