Contributions	Excellent I fully participated in the group work. I put a lot of effort into our presentation. I provided useful ideas and actively participated in the presentation.	Good I only participated in some things, and I let my team do most of the work for me. I shared only one idea.	Poor I let my group members do all of the work, or I did not participate in the presentation.
Attitude	Excellent I always had a positive attitude and listened to the ideas of my team-mates. I never made fun of or complained about my team-mates.	Good I did not always positively participate. I sometimes did not listen to the ideas of my group.	Poor I complained or had a bad attitude when working with my group. I did not listen to my team-mates or share any of my own ideas.
Working with others	Excellent I always supported my team-mates and made sure everyone felt included. I did my fair share of the work, but let others participate too.	Good I did not help my team-mates as much as I could have. I did not do my fair share of the work, but I did participate.	Poor I did not support my team-mates or help when my team had a problem. I did not participate in any of the work.
