6th Grade Field to Plate PowerPoint Presentation Rubric This rubric is meant to help guide in the creation of your PowerPoint presentation project. Each category in the far left column represents a component of the project that will be taken into consideration when calculating the final grade for this assignment. Review the rubric carefully before, during and after the creation of the PowerPoint presentation, to ensure that all intended elements of your powerpoint have been represented and all other criteria have been met. 	Excellent 4 pts	Good 3 pts	Fair 2 pts	Poor 1 pts
Content	Excellent Topic is discussed clearly and in an organized manner. There is detailed information about Production and Processing.	Good Topic is somewhat discussed but more information is required.	Fair Topic is slightly discussed but more material is needed.	Poor Topic is addressed but not discussed or elaborated on.
Group Content	Excellent Topic is discussed clearly and in an organized manner.<BR> There is detailed information about Distribution and Marketing. Give real examples	Good Topic is somewhat discussed but more information is required.	Fair Topic is slightly discussed but more material is needed.	Poor Topic is addressed but not discussed or elaborated on.
Presentation/Graphics	Excellent Slides are attractive. Text is easy to read. There is a picture/video or both for Production and Processing. Pics/video must be of the actual production and processing.	Good Slides are attractive. Text is easy to read. Missing a picture/video for Production or Processing	Fair Slides are easy to read. Amount of text is too great for the amount of space provided. Just not as organized. Only one picture.	Poor The slides are not easy to read. The amount of text is too great for the space provided. Not organized well, no pictures.
Presentation/Graphics	Excellent Slides are attractive. Text is easy to read. There is a picture/video or both for Distribution and Marketing. Voice	Excellent Speaker presents in a loud, clear voice and doesn't read from screen.	Good Speaker presents in a loud, clear voice but turns to the screen occasionally.	Fair Speakers presents in a voice that is sometimes clear but constantly refers to the presentation.	Poor Speaker does not present in a loud or clear voice and reads simply from the presentation.
Miscellaneous facts	Excellent	Good Student listed a by-product from is raw product, a fun/educational fact, and information about the trend in consumption of their product.	Fair Student listed two of the pieces of information	Poor Student listed only one of the required pieces of information
Bibliography	Excellent	Good Had three resources listed	Fair Had two resources listed	Poor Had one resources listed
Group Work	Excellent Student was a leader in the group, did all their work, provided a lot of ideas, and did most of the organizing	Good Did all their work required, had some input for ideas, and did some organizing	Fair Did most of their work but not much input or organizing.	Poor Did very little of their work and no input of ideas or organizing. Basically was voted out of the group for lack of work/participation.
