Design Idea/execution	Exemplary Great care has been taken to present a specific idea in the overall mask appearance. The execution of the design exceeds the	Acceptable The mask has some areas where more care should have been taken. Overall execution of design is good.	Inadequate The mask has a sloppy appearance. It does not convey that care has been taken to present a well though out idea.
Mask Creativity	Exemplary Interesting materials and/or textures have been used in putting this mask together. The extra touches flow together nicely to present a "wow" mask.	Acceptable The mask has some creative components but is mostly very plain.	Inadequate The mask's creative components have a sloppy appearance. They do not appear to have been integrated into the mask. Instead, things seem to have been added for no apparent reason.
Story Connection	Exemplary The design concept was well thought out and justified by the complementary short story.. The overall creativity of the mask design is excellent!	Acceptable Overall the design concept was good. There were some places where the design could have been more specific to the short story. Some creativity was used.	Inadequate There was no design concept or there was not much time spent on designing the mask. It looks like there is no overall theme, and it was thrown together at the last minute, and there was very little connection to the required short story.
