Organization	Novice Fails to organize ideas.	Intermediate Shows some evidence of an organizational plan.	Proficient Uses an identifiable organizational plan.	Above Proficient Establishes a clear and logical organization.
Evidence and with facts/details	Novice No evidence or facts/details are provided.	Intermediate There may be some evidence and facts/details but details are inadequate.	Proficient There is adequate evidence, though some may be missing. Facts and details are included.	Above Proficient Evidence and facts and details are clear, interesting and well written.
