Simple Addition facts
	Secure (N/A)	Developing (N/A)	Beginning (N/A)
Shows Effort	Secure Has no hesitation in showing effort in solving simple addition facts.	Developing Tries, but is not secure in solving simple addition facts.	Beginning Is just beginning to show effort in solving simple addition facts.
Counting	Secure Independently uses 1-1 correspondence and/or can recognize value without counting.	Developing Independently counts with 1-1 correspondence without organizing manipulatives or units.	Beginning Counts with 1-1 correspondence, but has slight confusion in organizing counters. May over or under count units.
Understand the Concept of Addition	Secure Is able to independently perform this task in the majority of problems given.	Developing Shows that they can perform the task, but occasionally they need more help from the teacher.	Beginning Is beginning to show they are able to perform the addition facts, but requires individual attention.
Dominoe recreation	Secure Has no discrepancies. Dominoe representation is exact. Mastered task.	Developing Dominoe has one discrepancy. Task is almost complete.	Beginning Dominoe has two discrepancies. Task is developing.
