Communication	Poor Never communicated with teammates during the game.	Fair Communicated some of the time but it was not effective with teammates and was not necessarily positive.	Good Sometimes communicated with teammates in a positive manner. Still could have been more consistent.	Outstanding Always communicated with teammates in a positive and encouraging manner.
Teamwork	Poor Never served the team and played the game only with the self in mind.	Fair Exemplified more "me not we" mentality and failed to serve the team on a consistent basis.	Good Sometimes served the team before self but not always.	Outstanding Always served their team before self and exemplified the "we not me" mentality.
Risk Taking	Poor Never took risks in the game and always played it safe.	Fair Took a few risks in the game but mostly played it safe.	Good Played the game by taking many risks but not always "smart" risks.	Outstanding Always took "smart" risks in the game while considering the consequences.
Role Playing	Poor Never changed roles throughout the game.	Fair Typically stayed with one or two roles throughout the game and never really changed. They were aware of their role.	Good Sometimes knew their role in the game while often switching roles throughout the game.	Outstanding Always knew their role in the game and often switched roles throughout the game.
