Developmental details are uneven, somewhat predictable, or off-topic.	Meets the Standard Clear and coherent presentation of ideas. Relevant details that are sometimes general or limited.	Exceeds the Standard Clarity, focus, and control in topic development. A balanced and thorough explorationof the topic using relevant details.	Exceeds the Standard Exceptional clarity, focus, and control in topic development that shows insight. In-depth and/or creative exploraion of the topic using rich, relevant, and credible details.
