Creative Writing Portfolio Check 
Periodical assessment of a creative writing portfolio that students will have created over an entire quarter. Students will self assess their portfolios in the following areas. Other student and teacher feedback will be given consideration when self assessing.

The writing/assignments were highly effective in reaching target audience. Students and teacher were impressed with the creativity and attempts made in the portfolio. Many creative attempts were made with symbolism, figurative language, and other literary devices.
