Time working on the project	Poor Student did not work on the project, but was able to complete the alternate assignment.	Fair Student worked in class on the project for 1 day.	Good Student worked in class on the project for 2 days.
Ability to work with the group	Poor Student was able to work 50% of time with the group and complete their job 50%.	Fair Student was able to work 80% of time with the group and complete their job 80%.	Good Student was able to work the entire time with the group and complete their job 100%.
