Matching Section Evaluates the student's ability to match pictures of various items correctly	Poor Students matches 1 item or less correctly	Fair Student matches half (2) of the items correctly	Good Student is able to match 3 of the 4 items correctly	Excellent Student matches all four items correctly
Nutrition Section Evaluates student's ability to identify certain foods as being healthy (H) or unhealthy (U)	Poor Student is only able to identify 1 or less of the items correctly	Fair Student is able to identify half of the items (2) correctly	Good Student identifies 3 out of the 4 items correctly	Excellent Students correctly identifies all 4 items correctly
