Preparation	Good Facilitators were well-prepared with notes ready to facilitate group. Skills and ideas for facilitation discussed in book were integrated into group. Facilitators met with instructor before class to prepare for group.	Fair Facilitators were prepared but needed to integrate skills and ideas discussed in book into group.	Poor Facilitators were not prepared and did not incorporate skills and ideas from book into group.
Facilitation skills	Good Facilitators worked to include all group members and provide supportive encouragement. Facilitators complemented one another.	Fair Facilitators worked to complete group task or process, but did not complete ONE of the following areas: 1) Did not include all group members. 2) Did not provide supportive encouragement to all group members. 3) Did not complement one another.	Poor Facilitators worked to complete group task or process, but did not complete TWO of the following areas: 1) Did not include all group members. 2) Did not provide supportive encouragement to all group members. 3) Did not complement one another.
