Stockbridge High School Overall Fitness Assessment- Females
This fitness assessment is designed to test different levels and to act as a "benchmark" for present and future fitness assessments. This test has four (4) sections: the Pull-up, sit-up test, push up test, and a 1-mile run test.

18-23 push ups in one minute. Aerobic capacity/upper body strength has met requirements.
Excellent
more than 23 push ups in one minute. Aerobic capacity/upper body strength has exceeded requirements.
1-mile Run
Poor
A 1-mile run time of 11 minutes or higher.
Average
A 1-Mile run time between 9 minutes 30 seconds and 10 minutes 59 seconds.
Very Good
A 1-Mile run time between 8 minutes and 9 minutes and 29 seconds.
Excellent
A 1-mile run time below 7 minutes and 59 Seconds.
