Some facts and reasons to support POV but not convincing. Some not relevant or connected to the topic.
Well Below Level

Facts and reasons are weak and do not show strong support of the argument. Paragraphs are non-identifiable or contain too many different ideas.

Presents a professional exposition that is somewhat engaging including an attempt at a bibliography. Is handed in on due date.

Is able to present an exposition with legible text and limited graphics. Is able to hand in project within three days of the due date.
Well Below Level

Is able to produce a basic presentation; further attention to setting out is needed. Is unable to adhere to due date and returns project later than two days after due date.
