Food Truck Theme	Poor Students grasped at straws when creating the food/meal. No one would try this meal. (5 pts.)	Fair Students created a food/meal. There is only a little interest in the offering. (10 pts.)	Good Students created an appealing food/meal. The food/meal sounds good. (15 pts.)	Excellent Students cleverly created a unique and desirable food/meal that others would wish to try. The food/meal sounds interesting/delicious/ir-resistible. (20 pts.)
Food Truck Name/Slogan	Poor The name of the Food Truck and/or its slogan is silly/unappealing. (4 pts.)	Fair The name of the Food Truck and/or its slogan is ordinary. (6 pts.) Food Truck Logo/surface	Poor Students put little to no effort in the design of the food truck. No thought was put into the Logo/Branding. (5 pts.) Food Truck Kitchen	Poor The group put little to no thought into what is needed in the prep area. (5 pts.)	Fair The group included most of the items for the kitchen, but forgot some key items needed to be successful for their chosen food/meal. (10 pts.)	Good The group included the essential items for a kitchen. (15 pts.)	Excellent The group thoroughly thought through the food preparation area and included exactly what is needed to make the dish(es). Thought also went into where the appliances, etc. should go. (20 pts.)
Menu/Offerings	Poor There is no menu/only 3 items or fewer in total on the menu. (10 pts.)	Fair The menu has only 5-7 items available and is missing some key elements, i.e. drinks, prices, etc. (20 pts.)	Good The menu has 8-15 items available but is limited in variety. OR The menu is missing one of the 3 requirements. (30 pts.)	Excellent The menu has all 18 items available including prices. (40 pts.)
