Comic book Each team (singles or doubles) will present at least 10 slides illustrating a comic book-styled story. Books should use at least 3 full 8x11 sheets of paper, whether that incudes 6 full page slides, or 12 1/2 page slides, and so on, doesn't matter. Books should include full-figured characters (photos may suppliment parts). There will be no stick figures. Illustrations should be colorful and as artfully portrayed as possible. 	Poor 55 pts	Fair 80 pts	Good 88 pts	Excellant 100 pts
Essentials	Poor Work uses stick figures, is lacking in plot, has poor/frequent mistakes in literary supliments, and/or lacks overall effort.	Fair Followed directives to avoid stick figures, has general plot without real coherence, or may have a few mistakes in literary suppliments.	Good Followed directives to deliver a story with interesting characters and plot.	Excellant Followed directions with an interesting, inventive, and revealing suspensful story, including proper literary suppliments and demonstrates an exemplar effort.
Creativity	Poor Plot is commonplace or lifted from another story, characters are random and/or unjustified.	Fair Story is coherent, however one or more parts do not seem related or finished.	Good Story or characters are dynamic, and original.	Excellant Characters and story are original, dynamic and interesting, plot is appropriate, revealing and complete.
Presentation	Poor Work is done in pencil, appears unfinished, and/or pictures are too small or comic is too short.	Fair Work appears finished but does not have any particularly dynamic illustrations, and/or comic is not in color.	Good Work demonstrates dynamic illustrations, includes very few mistakes, and is in color.	Excellant Work revealed intersting and dynamic illustrations, full of color and rich imagery. Story is artful, polished and complete.
