Rubric for Graphing System of Inequalities Rubric for Graphing System of Inequalities Students will be able to solve and graph a system of inequalities appropriately when presented problems in numeric form. Systems of Inequalities
	Level 1 0 pts	Level 2 4 pts	Level 3 6 pts	Level 4 8 pts	Level 5 10 pts
Neatness and Attractiveness	Level 1 No attempt	Level 2 Attempted but sloppy and hard to read.	Level 3 Had difficulty understanding the graph, but was able to interpret.	Level 4 Easy to read the graph but parts of the problem are difficult to decipher.	Level 5 Easy to read all work. Lines are straight and shading is easy to see.
Finding the x- and y- intercepts	Level 1 Did not Solve for the intercepts at all.	Level 2 Work shown for an attempt at solving for the intercepts but many errors.	Level 3 Intercepts solved correctly using correct procedural steps and may have some arithmetic errors. Intercepts may not have been written as a coordinate point. Solution to each Inequality	Level 1 The graph is not shaded.	Level 2 Half completed (only one inequality shown). Graph does not show the shading of both inequalities.	Level 3 The shaded region indicating that it is indeed a solution is easily determined but has some errors.	Level 4 The shaded region indicating that it is indeed a solution is correct but cannot be easily determined.	Level 5 The shaded region indicating that it is indeed a solution is correct and can be easily determined (shaded darker).
