Proper Check In	Poor 5 or more drugs have been incorrectly checked in	Fair 3-4 drugs have been incorrectly checked in	Good 1-2 drugs have been incorrectly checked in	Rock Star! All drugs have been correctly checked in. Controls are sent to RPh for check-in. All other items are checked off on invoice by CPhT.
Proper storage	Poor 5 or more drugs are stored in the incorrect area of the pharmacy in regards to fast mover shelves, refrigerator, CII safe, or area(s) designated for specific types of medications.	Fair 3-4 drugs are stored in the incorrect area of the pharmacy in regards to fast mover shelves, refrigerator, CII safe, or area(s) designated for specific types of medications.	Good 1-2 drugs are stored in the incorrect area of the pharmacy in regards to fast mover shelves, refrigerator, CII safe, or area(s) designated for specific types of medications.	Rock Star! All drugs are stored in the proper area of the pharmacy in regards to fast mover shelves, refrigerator, CII safe, or area(s) designated for specific types of medications.
Alphabetized	Poor 5 or more drugs were alphabetized incorrectly	Fair 3-4 drugs were alphabetized incorrectly	Good 1-2 drugs were alphabetized incorrectly	Rock Star! All drugs were shelved in correct alphabetic order after being checked in.
