Formal Email-suggestions Rubric 
RESPOND TO THE EMAIL: I am pleased to be able to announce that a former student has donated some money for the school to purchase new sporting equipment. If any of you would like to suggest what particular pieces of equipment we should buy, please send me an email by next Friday giving reasons for your suggestions.
