Public Service Announcement 
PSA must be from 30 Seconds to 3:00 min. And have a clear message, use persuasive device method, be measurable for effectiveness & clear meaning. PSA needs a defined audience & have title/credits. Music should be appropriate to topic and the level should be appropriate to hear Voice Over or Dialogue. PSA must contain a CALL TO ACTION referencing how to get involved via web link or phone or meeting place/time referenced via text AND/OR Voice Over of Text. Tagline is evident.
