Tooling Quality	Poor The relief is not three dimensional. The design is barely tooled. It is not recognizable as a flower.	Fair Some of the relief is three dimensional. The design is somewhat tooled. It is not easily recognized as a flower.	Good Most of the relief is three dimensional. The design is mostly tooled. There are no tears. It is recognizable as a flower.	Excellent The relief is three dimensional. All parts of the design are tooled. There are no tears. It is easily recognized as a flower.
Cooperation/Cleanup	Poor The student is frequently off task, does not follow directions, or refuses to participate. Student misuses materials and wastes time.	Fair The student is frequently off task, may not follow directions or delays cleanup.	Good The student is sometimes off task, follows directions and cleans up work in a timely fashion.	Excellent The student is almost always on task, follows directions and cleans up work area in a timely fashion. The student offers to help others clean up.
