Fair You provide very little information about when and where your story takes place or who your character is.	Poor You provide no information about setting and/or who your character is.
Complex Character: RL9/10.3	Excellent Your character is a different person as a result of the events in your story.	Good Your character shows some signs of being a different person at the end of your story.	Fair Your character shows very little change.	Poor Your character does not change over the course of your story.
Rising Action RL10.3	Excellent You have included scenes that are shaped by your lead character's actions/reactions.	Good You have included a couple of scenes that are shaped by your lead character's actions/reactions.	Fair You have included something resembling a scene. It may have no relation to your lead character.	Poor You did not include scenes that drive your action to a climax.
