Healthy Meal Plan In groups, students will create a healthy meal plan for one day. One day includes breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. Content	Poor Incomplete: More than two meals and food groups are missing from the plan.	Fair Partial: One meal is missing from the plan. Not all food groups were used for each meal.	Excellent Complete: Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack were included in the plan and used all food groups for each meal.
Accuracy	Poor Incorrect: More than two of the serving sizes were incorrect for the meal plan.	Fair Somewhat: One to two of the serving sizes were not correct on the meal plan.	Excellent Correct: The serving sizes are correct for a one day meal plan.
Participation	Poor None: The student did not make any effort to participate in the group.	Fair Limited: The student could have participated more to the group.	Excellent Full: The student participated in the group to create the meal plan.
