Cost of My Shopping List Cost of My Shopping List Task: Students were asked to create a grocery shopping list by cutting out pictures of food items (including the price) from various supermarket ads. They were then asked to seperate them into the major food groups, and tally up each individual food group total. Once these totals were completed they were instructed to add all totals to create a GRAND TOTAL.
