Health & Fitness Video Infomercial Project 
Create a 1-1 1/2 minute video that promotes healthy lifestyles and the value of being physically fit. This can be a health topic of your choice and should reflect what we have learned in the PE 1 Fitness Course. Your video can be a commercial, PSA, music video, news report. The video must be professional and focus on sending a positive message that promotes healthy lifestyles and the value of fitness in a fun/imaginative fashion rather than a lecture format.
