Recipes	Excellent The original recipe is included along with the modified recipe.The recipe is correctly altered to serve the required number of people	Good The original recipe is included along with the most of the modified recipe. The modified recipes contained only a few errors	Fair Some of the modified recipe was not included. OR the altered recipes contained many errors.	Poor No recipes were included. Or the original recipe did not meet the requirement to include at least 3 fractions.
Operation Steps	Excellent All of the required operations were included. The steps were clear and conversions were correct.	Good One of the steps may have been omitted. The steps were clear and conversion were correct.	Fair Some of the steps or conversions were missing, incomplete, or incorrect.	Poor None of the required operation steps are included.
Neatness	Excellent The work is neat and easy to read.	Good The work is difficult to read. OR The final copy resembled a rough draft in which corrections were made directly on the final product.
