Content The content should answer the question and demonstrate both breadth and depth of the subject matter. Answer focused and organized.	Excellent (A) Question was answered correctly with full details and explanations. Described laws, outcomes, significance; provided background; demonstrated both breadth and depth of subject/topic. Organized and focused.	Above Average (B) Question was addressed and answered sufficiently, as a general matter, with complete sentences and provided some elaboration. Provided a few general details but have elaborated could have further on specific issues in several places. Organized.	Fair (C) Response did not address all parts of questions or was otherwise incomplete. Sentences were short with no elaboration. Provided general statements in lieu of details, if any. Somewhat organized and focused.	Poor (D/F) Question was not fully addressed in answer. Did not provide sufficient information to judge facility with subject matter. Or no answer. Unorganized and unfocused.
