Student maintains eye contact but frequently returns to notes. Student's voice is clear, and pronounces most words correctly. Audience members can hear presentation.
Excellent
Student maintains eye contact, seldom returns to notes. Uses clear voice and correct, precise pronunciation so that all audience members can hear presentation.
