Attendance	Poor Student is late to class more than once a week and/or has poor attendance of classes.	Fair Student is late evey once in awhile and regularly attends classes.	Good Student is always prompt and regularly attends classes.
Involvement in class	Poor Student isolates them selve and chooses to avoid team activities.	Fair Student occationally contributes to class by competing.	Good Student proactively contributes to class by performing at the best of his/her ability to contribute to a team effort.
Listening	Poor Student does not listen when others talk, both in groups and direction from the coach. Student often interrupts when others speak.	Fair Student listens when others talk.	Good Student listens when others talk, both in groups and in lectures. Student incorporates or builds off of the ideas of his/her team mates.
Behavior	Poor Student almost always displays disruptive behavior during class.	Fair Student rarely displays disruptive behavior during class.	Good Student almost never displays disruptive behavior during class
Preparation	Poor Student is almost never prepared for class with proper attire.	Fair Student is usually prepared for class with proper attire.	Good Student is almost always prepared for class with proper attire.
