Neuro Bed Mobility and Positioning Positioning on affect side, on unaffected side, and supine. Rolling from side to side. Lying down on affected side. Supine to sitting. scooting over/up	Poor	Fair	Good Bent unaffected knee first, held affected foot and leg correct, held at edge of femur or both legs if maximum, held hand at hip and gave correct instructions. Adjusted top of body holding leg if client unable to hold herself.
lying down/up	Poor	Fair	Good Held arm in correct position, supported so that it wouldn't fall, held scapula, had client reach with unaffected hand. If getting up had wide base of support and used hands correctly.
rolling	Poor	Fair	Good Had client grasp hands together and raise above body, had client initiate rolling and assisted as needed.
