Streamline	Poor Hands and arms shoulder width apart and head is up	Fair Hands are still apart but head is down, chin tucked to chest, and arms are squeezed tight against ears	Good Hands are together, head is tucked with chin to chest, arms are squeezed tight against ears
Freestyle Stroke	Poor Arms rotate opposite, fingers are apart, hands are flat not cupped, there is no "S" pull	Fair Arms rotate opposite, fingers are together but hands still arent cupped, straight pull	Good Arms rotate opposite, fingers are together and hands are cupped, there is an "S" pull, and arms recover after the pull is finished at the hip
Freestyle Kick	Poor Kicking simultaneously at times, kicking from the knee bicycle kick, feet are flexed not pointed, and feet come out of the water	Fair Opposition kick, sometimes still kicks from the knee and not the hip, feet are pointed and feet sometimes come out of water	Good Opposition kick, kicks from the hip, feet are pointed and never come out of the water while kicking.
