Use of Impasto Paint
Excellent
The student successfully made and applied their impasto paint. The paint was applied in a thick and consistent manner and the palette knife strokes are visible.
Good
The student did a fairly good job making and applying their impasto paint. The paint is thick and consistently applied in most areas, however, there may be a few thin areas that need work. Also, the student might need to work on making their palette knife strokes more visible.
Fair
The student had some difficulty making and applying their impasto paint. The application of paint is inconsistent in many areas and the palette knife strokes are barely visible.
Poor
The student failed to make and/or apply their impasto paint correctly. The paint is not applied consistently and no palette knife strokes can be seen.
