Social Justice Project B This rubric pertains to categories receiving 5 points possible.
	Excellent 5 pts	Good 4 pts	Fair 3 pts	Poor 2 pts
Presentation: Creativity Powerpoint is put together without errors and is creative and engaging.	Excellent Presentation is creative, engaging and shows a full understanding by the student of the topic with no errors.	Good Presentation shows a full understanding by the student of the topic with little errors in presentation.	Fair Presentation has a lot of errors and shows a vague understanding of the topic.	Poor Presentation is lacking content and creativity and contains many mistakes.
Group Participation All members of the group participated in the project	Excellent It is evident in the presentation and during class work that each member of the group participated with turning in all assignments and having an equal part in the presentation.	Good Not all members of the group fully participated. Not all of the assignments were turned in on time and not all members have an equal part in the presentation.	Fair Student did not turn in assignments on time, Class work was not used effectively and there is not an equal participation in the presentation	Poor Student has many missing assignments for the project and did not consistently participate in the ongoing work of the project or during the presentation.
Creative Response artwork, skit, poetry, music, video that inspires a response in the viewer and sums up the heart of the issue.	Excellent Group shows outstanding creative ability in that the response effectively sums up the issue and is connected to inspiring a response in the viewer about the heart of the matter	Good Group shows creative ability in that the response sums up the issue and is connected to inspiring some response in the viewer about the heart of the matter	Fair Group adequately sums up the issue, with average creativity that makes some connection to the heart of the matter	Poor Group is not very creative in their response and/or it seems a random attachment to the presentation. OR There is no creative response provided with the presentation or the response is disconnected from the main points of the presentation
