Participation Did the student actively participate in creation	Poor Students did not engage in the activity	Fair Student was able to contribute to writing of their power point with 1 to 2 ideas - followed outline but did not include descriptive information	Good Students was an active contributor in the process of creating a power point presentation - included all asked information title, experience, education, training, salary, environment
Presentation Ability to share with the class	Poor Student did not participate in the presentation	Fair Student was able to speak and give some detail to what they researched - one to two sentences	Good Student presented power point with exceptional detail - gave a great effort and was excited about the job they want to pursue. Showed understanding of research and was able to answer additional quesitons
Follow Directions completed tasks throughout when given directions	Poor Student did not follow any directions as related to the activity	Fair Student was able to follow directions with 1 to 2 prompts	Good Student was able to follow all directions with no or limited prompts.
