Organization	Poor Audience cannot understand presentation becaue their is no sequence of information.	Fair Audience has difficulty following presentation because student jumps around.	Good Student presents information in logical sequence withch audience can follow	Enter Title Student presents information in logical, interesting sequence which audience can follow.
Subject Knowledge	Poor Student does not have grasp of information; student cannot answer questions about subject.	Fair Student is uncomfortable with information and is able to answer only rudimentary questions.	Good Student is at ease wtih expected answers to all questions, but fails to elaborate.	Enter Title Student demonstrates full knowledge (more than required) by answering all class questions with explanations and elaboration.
Preperation	Poor Student did not prepare to act in the role provided as part of the project. Failed to take on identity and relate to the character.	Fair Student prepared somewhat but did not understand the role of the character they represented.	Good Student dressed and behaved in a manner consistent with the character they represented. Maintained position and represented character.	Enter Title Props and costumes were used to represent the character in the skit. Casees were represented in such a way as to bring to live the case law and the investigation process.
