Timeliness 20 % Assignment is turned on time	Fail Assignment was not turned on time, neither in person nor via email (i.e. during an emergency situation)	Average N/A	Excellent Assignment was turned on time or in case of an emergency situation was mailed as an attachment.
Documentation 30 % Document appears professional	Fail Document is not legible, and/or contains multiple grammar and spelling errors that make the document difficult to read and understand.	Average Some spelling and/or grammar errors are present. However, document is understandable. Corrections are made using the established protocol. Some fieldwork educators could consider asking student to re-do document.	Excellent Document is clear without errors. One or two corrections may have been done using the established protocol. This document could go as is in a client's chart.
Critical thinking 50 % Answers provide evidence of critical thinking and insight on the topic.	Fail Questions have been answered quickly without evidence of critical thought process.	Average Answers provide some evidence of critical thinking and a good attempt to understand the different aspects measured.	Excellent Answers evidence good clinical reasoning and exhibit a true attempt to clarify ideas and gain insight on self and others.
