Writing Process	Poor Step Up to Writing process not followed.	Fair Step Up to Writing process partially followed.	Good Step Up to Writing process followed.	Outstanding Step Up to Writing process followed completely, and extended beyond expectations.
Information	Poor Information is incomplete and incorrect.	Fair Information is partially complete/correct.	Good Information is complete and correct.	Outstanding Information is completed beyond expectations, and is entirely correct.
Thoroughness/Neatness	Poor Student did not show neatness and thoroughness throughout project preparation.	Fair Student's report is partially neat and thorough.	Good Student's report is neat and thorough.	Outstanding Student's report is exceptionally neat and thorough, and exceeds fourth grade expectations.
