Beginner Almost never- Student lacked consistent tempo	Developing Rarely- Tempo difficulties throughout performance	Proficient Usually- Slight tempo imbalance during performance	Accomplished Almost Always- Steady tempo throughout entire performance
Effort Continues movement with out taking a break or stopping for mistakes.	Beginner Almost never- Stops constantly for breaks and mistakes	Developing Rarely- Reaching-Stops some for breaks and mistakes	Proficient Usually- Almost never stops for breaks or mistakes.	Accomplished Almost Always- Never stops for a break or mistakes. Continued to try, even if something was difficult.
