Major themes identified are not supported by the data.
Accomplished

One or more themes are identified by the researcher and are clearly supported by the data.
Exemplary

Two or more themes are identified by the researcher. Strong support is provided by the researcher.
Recommendations

Beginning

The recommendations suggested are not supported by the data.
Developing

The researcher's suggestions are weakly supported by the results.
Accomplished

The recommendations suggested by the researcher are based on the case and supported by the results.
Exemplary

The researcher's recommendations are based on strong evidence from the case.
APA references/grammar/style

Beginning

The writing is weak. Numerous citations for statements are not included in the report or are cited in the wrong style. Numerous grammar errors are present in the paper.
Developing

The writing is developing in tone and clarity. Formatting problems exist, but for the most part references are available and in the proper format.
Accomplished

The writing and grammar is consistent with standards expected of upper class undergraduate students. There are only one or two errors in formatting and reference use.
Exemplary

The references were all included in the proper format. Additionally, the writing and grammar for the paper is exemplary.
