Sit-up position/performance	Below Student is missing more than 1 of the following criteria: -Student's arms are crossed on the chest or their hands are on the back of the head/neck -Student returns to starting position after completed a repetition	Average Student is missing 1 area of the following criteria: -Student's arms are crossed on the chest or their hands are on the back of the head/neck -Student returns to starting position after completed a repetition	Proficient Student is successful in performing the following criteria: -Student's arms are crossed on the chest or their hands are on the back of the head/neck -Student returns to starting position after completed a repetition
