Math
	Poor 1 pts	Fair 2 pts	Good 3 pts
Shapes	Poor Jordan will know 2/6 kindergarten shapes. (circle, square, triangle, rectangle, diamond, heart)	Fair Jordan will know 4/6 kindergarten shapes. (circle, square, triangle, rectangle, diamond, heart)	Good Jordan will know all 6/6 kindergarten shapes. (circle, square, triangle, rectangle, diamond, heart)
Numbers	Poor Jordan will be able to write numbers 1-15 with the help of a number chart.	Fair Jordan will be able to write the numbers 1-30 with or with out the assitance of a number chart.	Good Jordan will write numbers 1-50 with out the help of a number chart.
Number recognition	Poor Jordan will recongize numbers 1-15.	Fair Jordan will be able to recognize 1-30.	Good Jordan will be able to recognize numbers 1-50.
