Project 2 - Spanish I You may earn up to 100 points for this project. You will be graded according to these 10 categories.

Pictures Your presentation must include a minimum of 8 pictures. Pictures must relate to the sentences provided and some should be of you.	Poor	Below Average	Fair	Good	Outstanding
Grammatical Errors Sentences should be from spelling, punctuation, and accent mark errors.	Poor	Below Average	Fair	Good	Outstanding
Correct Sentence Structure Sentences should be free from errors such as word placement, subject-verb agreement, noun-adjective agreement, etc.	Poor	Below Average	Fair	Good	Outstanding

Pronounciation You must pronounce all words correctly, using the Spanish alphabet sounds and not those of the English alphabet. Vowels must especially be pronounced correctly. Ability to Speak Spanish You should be able to understand and say sentences in Spanish with little to no hesitation.	Poor Student cannot read or say the sentences written.	Below Average Student can say some of the words and sentences but with many errors or pauses. Student needs assistance to remember words.	Fair Student can say most of the words and sentences written but hesitates some.	Good Student can say almost all words and sentences with no help.	Outstanding Student says all of the presentation without problem and shows understanding of the content with no assistance.
Presentational Skills Student should give presentation with the use of notecards or memory and should make eye contact with audience. Student cannot stand behind podium or stare at the computer or smartboard.	Poor Student stands behind the podium reading from the computer or faces the smartboard while presenting. No eye contact with audience.	Below Average Student stands behind the podium or faces the smartboard for part of the presentation. No eye contact with audience.	Fair Student reads from notecards but struggles with looking at the audience.	Good Student uses notecards but maintains a little eye contact with the audience.	Outstanding Student uses notecards or memory and maintains a great deal of eye contact with the audience.
Student Followed Directions All directions should be followed, such as writing the correct amount of sentences and using the correct format.	Poor Directions were not followed. Incorrect format was used or sentences were too few or irrelevant.	Below Average Directions were somewhat followed.	Fair Directions were somewhat followed and the correct format was used.	Good Directions were followed for the most part.	Outstanding Directions were followed exactly.
Overall Quality Presentation is organized and topics are elaborated on. Sentences flow and pictures have a nice layout.	Poor Presentation (both visual and speaking) was of poor quality.	Below Average Presentation was of below average quality.	Fair Presentation was of average quality.	Good Presentation was of good quality.	Outstanding Presentation was of excellent quality.
