Community Chronic Illness Research Essay
Community Research Essay
This rubric will be used for assessing a community based research essay. The students will submit an end report regarding their chosen community. The report will contain: reason for choosing the community, a description of the community's chronic health concern that was proposed for research, the incidence of the chronic health concern, possible reasons why the community suffers from the chronic health concern and finally, the possible sources of information for prevention and treatment.
